519 Furnace came out and installed a brand new air conditioner for us. The service was amazing! Didn’t waste any time in installing it. Were very helpful in explaining the process and how to use the thermostat and maintaining the air conditioner. Highly recommend! We will be using them again soon to install a humidifier on our furnace. Thank you Tyson!

Tyson was very efficient and professional! Despite saying it might take up to 48 hours to get the parts he needed to fix our AC he returned just a couple hours later and fixed it that same day! Great service and thanks to him I shall no longer be a sweaty pig this muggy day.

Shout out to Tyson and his crew for the quick and efficient install of our new air conditioner. Great dialogue about what type and size of AC unit would work best has turned into a happy family that sleeps better now, especially with a 2nd storey. Good bye to 28°C to 30°C days inside our home on hot summer days. Appreciate the fine work 519 Furnace!

My A/C stopped cooling during a heat wave. I called 519 Furnace and from the initial call, Tyson was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. At the time he was fully booked, but did not turn me away, he even provided interim advice. To my luck, he was able to accommodate me on the same day in the evening, I was delighted to receive help so quickly. He sent a technician to my home who immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. I'm very grateful for their prompt support and wish more people would support local businesses. This team is competent, reliable and extends exceptional customer service. Thank you very much! We will definitely recommend you to others and will be calling you for our future HVAC needs.

Best Wishes,
Anne

Can't express how much we appreciate Tyson at 519 Furnace. Our AC broke and we were told to replace the whole unit, from another company. We got a second opinion from Tyson and it was repairable. Tyson was profesional, honest, knowledgeable and provided excellent service and gave us all our options. Excellent service, highly recommend 519 Furnace for any HVAC service, replacement or repair, reasonable pricing.

Wanted to say a big thankyou to Tyson for helping this week during our heat wave. Had trouble with my AC and he was available able to trouble shoot the problem to get it going with out charge. This is the second time Tyson has helped out, last time was 2 years ago where he replaced a part quickly and at a good price. Great Service.

Tyson and Cole from 519Furnace were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly exceeded expectations.

Tyson personally handled our furnace installation, and his attention to detail was next level. He took the time to walk us through everything, made sure the system was running perfectly, and left the workspace spotless. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.

Cole was equally great—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The communication from their team was clear and prompt, which made the entire process stress-free.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled HVAC team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 519Furnace. Top-tier service all around.

519Furnance installed a new furnace, humidifier, AC, and water heater during our home renovation. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves and left the furnace room and basement spotless. 519Furnance performed the installations for a reasonable price, and I am very satisfied with their work. I have used 519Furance several times in the past, and I heartily recommend them.
